At Truly Loving in Oss, facilitator Renate hosts a private two-day retreat built around one psilocybin ceremony with fresh truffles, which are legally available in the Netherlands. The setting is deliberately intimate: just you – with a partner or up to two friends if you wish –, one experienced guide and her two cats Felix and Zilver, who join most retreats. Renate brings several years of ceremony experience and has since taken up studying psychology as well.

Careful screening comes before any booking: an intake form and a video call clarify preparation, intentions and open questions. During the journey, Renate accompanies you with a curated playlist and her own singing – sometimes close by, sometimes deliberately in the background, depending on what you need. You sleep on the mattress in the ceremony space; the morning brings journaling, a home-cooked breakfast and an in-depth integration conversation. She also remains available for follow-up after you leave.

Programme

1. Beforehand: intake form and video call for preparation – only then is the booking confirmed.
2. Day 1: Arrival around 3 pm, settling in over a cup of tea, then the guided psilocybin ceremony in a protected setting; a light dinner of soup and bread in the evening, overnight stay in the ceremony space.
3. Day 2: Quiet morning with journaling and reflection, a wholesome breakfast, an in-depth sharing and integration conversation – departure around 11 am.
