Private Couples Ayahuasca Ceremony near Amsterdam

About this retreat

Christian and Isabel of So Alegria open their home in Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, just a few kilometres south of Amsterdam, to one couple per date only. The private ayahuasca ceremony is scheduled on request – together you find a date that feels right for both sides. Beforehand you complete an online intake, followed by a personal call to discuss background, health and intentions and to sense whether the setting is a good fit for you.

The evening ceremony unfolds in two rounds, complemented by rapé, and is attentively held by the two hosts – Christian brings experience with plant ceremonies, kambo and breathwork, Isabel a background in social work, creative therapy, herbalism and yoga. Afterwards a warm meal is served, and you sleep right in the ceremony room on your own mattresses. The morning brings breakfast and a shared reflection round; the couple behind So Alegria also remain available for integration after you head home.

Programme

1. Beforehand: online intake and a personal call for preparation and intention setting.
2. Day 1: Arrival around 4 pm, gentle landing over tea and a conversation about your intentions; in the evening, the ayahuasca ceremony in two rounds with attentive guidance, followed by a warm meal and an overnight stay in the ceremony room.
3. Day 2: Shared breakfast, a reflection and sharing round to begin making sense of the experience; departure between 11 am and noon, with further integration support from a distance.
