Small-Group Plant Medicine Weekend in Hamburg

About this retreat

The Holistika Center brings its internationally proven retreat format to northern Germany: over one compact weekend, at a private venue in nature roughly 45 minutes by car from Hamburg, you take part in a night-time ayahuasca ceremony in a group capped at 16 guests. The team has collaborated with the Cofán tradition from Colombia’s Putumayo region since 2017 and facilitates in German and English — facilitators, musicians, therapists and a constellation practitioner form the core crew.

Holistika places particular emphasis on everything framing the ceremony itself. Before you travel, an introductory health call and a dedicated preparation session get you ready, complemented by dietary guidance and a WhatsApp group for any questions. The morning after the ceremony, a guided integration circle helps the group put the night’s experience into words. If you feel drawn to go deeper, you can extend your stay on site by one or two additional ceremony nights.

Programme

1. Day 1: Arrival from 6 p.m., welcome snack, joint ceremony preparation, night-time ayahuasca ceremony from around 10 p.m.
2. Day 2: Breakfast, guided integration circle in the morning, lunch and departure — or extension with further ceremony nights
3. Optional on extension days: kambo, bufo alvarius or San Pedro sessions can be added
